A Film About Timor-Leste
“Ne’e Mak Timor“, directly translating to “This is Timor-Leste” is a creative film project by TimorAds, to capture the unforeseen beauties of Timor-Leste. Filmed through 11 of the 13 districts, capturing the marine ecosystems to the traditional dances, and cultural sites such as Uma Luliks.
With the help of over 120 individuals, 7 sponsors, and over an year of planning, this project came to life. From the pigmy blue whales off the coast of Liquica, to the local communities in the mountains of Maubisse, and the vast plains & lakes in Lautém. This short film captures a fragment of what this country has to offer.
